Ni aku share resep CHEESE CAKE BLACK FORREST (tanpa di panggang)
1 pak biskuit regal di haluskan + 100 gr margarin yg dilelehkan &gt;&gt;&gt; campur rata, ratakan diloyang yg sdh diolesi margarin, padatkan, masukin kulkas 1 jam an
250 gr cream cheese
150 gr gula kastor
500 ml heavy whippy cream &gt;&gt; kocok kaku
4 sdt agar agar + 8 sdm air panas &gt;&gt; campur, aduk rata
1 klg black cherry

Kocok cream cheese, gula, whippy cream, agar agar yg masih panas
Tuang 1/2 bagian dlm loyang adonan biskuit tadi, tata black cherry diatasnya trus tuang sisa adonan... Simpan dulu di kulkas 8 jam sblm di makan.... Lama ya... Nunggunya..... Hehehehe
